Antwerp-based Karp Impex NV wins RJC member certification

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) has reported that Karp Impex NV, the Antwerp-based diamond cutting and polishing manufacturer, has achieved certification meeting the ethical, human rights, social and environmental standards as established by the RJC’s Member Certification System.

 

“RJC is indeed delighted to congratulate Karp Impex NV on its certification," said RJC’s Chief Executive Officer Michael Rae. "The successful verification assessment was conducted by Peter Warbrick from SGS, one of the independent third-party auditing firms accredited to the RJC’s Member Certification System.”

 

"Karp Impex NV is delighted to receive this honour of being certified to the RJC standard," said Karp Impex NV Director Pankaj Virani. "This certification is an important step in our journey to be a responsible member of the international gem and jewellery community with total commitment to following the ethical, social and environmental practices as laid down by the standard.
