
Antwerp's IDH Diamonds NV wins Responsible Jewellery Council certification
The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) reported that Antwerp-based rough diamond trader, cutting and polishing manufacturer IDH Diamonds NV has achieved certification meeting the ethical, human rights, social and environmental standards as established by the RJC’s Member Certification System.

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) reported that Antwerp-based rough diamond trader, cutting and polishing manufacturer IDH Diamonds NV has achieved certification meeting the ethical, human rights, social and environmental standards as established by the RJC’s Member Certification System.
“Our business holds the principles of transparency, accountability and ethical conduct at its core," said David Horowitz and Daniel Goldberg, directors of IDH Diamonds NV.
"We are pleased to receive RJC certification in recognition of not only our values, but how this translates to business practices. The certification provides real value to us as it is the definitive mark of ethical conduct, recognised by global stakeholders throughout the industry.”
Meanwhile, RJC’s Chief Executive Officer Michael Rae said: “RJC is very pleased to congratulate IDH Diamonds NV on its certification. The successful verification assessment in Antwerp was conducted by Peter Warbrick from SGS, one of the independent third-party auditing firms accredited to the RJC’s Member Certification System."
